No, Riverbend MFT accepts private pay only. However, you can receive monthly superbills to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

The most important thing for me is for you to find the place where you feel comfortable, safe, and trusting. If this is not at Riverbend, we will work together to find you a new place. Finding a good fit with your therapist is absolutely key to having a good experience in therapy.
It depends. Every individual/couple is unique and brings unique issues to therapy. Your motivation will determine how fast you make progress. You should notice some movement toward healing within the first 3-4 sessions.
No. Marriage and Family therapists do not prescribe medications.
Sometimes. Couples are more likely to receive homework assignments in between sessions to practice new skills.
Yes. In-person appointments are preferred, but teletherapy through a secure platform is offered as well.
